REFUND POLICY

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made through ClaritySpark (https://www.clarityspark.store/) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been sent, the transaction is complete. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply (including the 14-day cooling-off period for customers in the EU and UK).

2. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All products sold through our store are 100% digital. No physical products are sold, and nothing will be shipped or mailed to you. Every item is delivered as a digital download — normally instantly after payment.

3. DELIVERY METHOD

After completing your purchase, you will receive a secure download link via the email address you provided at checkout — please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is accurate and free of mistakes — and your files also remain available on your order’s download page. Downloads are normally delivered instantly after payment is completed, through our digital delivery platform. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment review, your email provider’s filtering or a technical interruption; if you cannot access your files within a reasonable time after successful payment, email hello@clarityspark.store and we will sort it out.

After a successful order we send an electronic order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. It identifies the product purchased, the price paid, the order reference and how to access your download.

4. EMAIL ACCURACY

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and functioning email address at checkout. ClaritySpark is not responsible for undelivered downloads caused by incorrect, misspelled, or invalid email addresses. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

5. NO CANCELLATIONS

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent. We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, preview images, and compatibility information before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before buying.

6. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If anything goes wrong — a broken file, a missing download, a double charge — email hello@clarityspark.store before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve delivery issues quickly and keep records of every delivery. Initiating a chargeback on a delivered digital order without contacting us first may result in loss of access to your files and future purchases.
